Bed rest all day today because of neck issues- I really didn’t want it to become torticollis so I’ve spent the day resting- careful movements to get bloodstream to heal sore muscles, family taking turns of massaging and it have worked- my pain and stiffness are reduced by 80% *happy puppy*

Now this list is what I hope to accomplish but I’m all in to listen to my body so we’ll see tomorrow- I’m just happy the pain slowly fades. I hope it’s gone when I wake up!

Vaknade 4:00 och yogade 55 minuter. Otroligt skönt. Förbereder för kommande vecka.
