Hurtday no?


Day of recover. Much needed. Waiting for the oven to reach right temp so I can put in the potatoes and then jump into a hot bath loosing up to tightened muscles in my back. 

Dinner: minced meat in sauce and veggies with well spiced wedges potatoes and dip on the side.

First day this week I´ve no headache. Thank you.
