Some serious yoga hair XD
Yoga 40 minutes today.
Most Yin and Kundalini because I had to take it gentle and slow. When I woke up my hips were stiffed from yesterdays long sitting of writing giving me a mean headache. I have to remember to set an alarm when I writing so I get up at least every 50 minutes and move around. At one point it sounded like an angry rattle snake went through my spine when the muscles finally relaxed letting my vertebrae go. Happy notice: Upper body stronger good good good!!

Grateful it Saturday so I doesn´t need to go on meetings or errands of any kind.

Gotta go, gotta hot bath with my name on it. My stiff muscles just went YATTA!!
